When soil gets embedded in the grain and crevices of your flooring, every day foot traffic can grind the soil into the finish, scratching and damaging the flooring. Our thorough process applies cleaners made specifically for wood floors and gently scrubs them into your floors to loosen the soil and allow the squeegees and vacuum motor to recover the cleaner and soil. This process is repeated using a second cleaner designed to remove residue. 

Many times we discover that after- market waxes and topical finishes have been applied leaving a coating that becomes scratched, cloudy, or yellowed over time. These products are Quickshine, Bona Polish, Rejuvenate, Orange Glo, Mop and Glo and others. We can also strip this finish off your floor to return it to its previous condition before a final cleaning. We also offer a reapplication of polyurethane or a screen and recoat. This helps restore the shine and luster to your floor while removing microfine scratches. We don't offer sanding and refinishing services but our processes can help avoid or delay such drastic actions while giving your wood floor new life.
