  2. We stand behind our work! We use Exceptional equipment and techniques in cleaning your floors. But, in rare cases, spots “wick” back when drying. This doesn't happen often, but we strongly encourage our clients to give us the opportunity to touch up an area if a spot returns in a few days. We want happy customers!!

  3. We seek educational opportunities nationwide to further our knowledge!  Our IICRC certifications require annual continuing education. Most companies don't acquire these certifications, much less keep them up to date by sending their techs to classes. We take pride in being Exceptional and travel to several training classes every year to learn about new products, techniques, and equipment to ensure our service is the very best in the industry!

Although we provide many different services, we will never try to sell an “add-on” service to you.
